FitWise may offer free and paid subscription plans.

• Prices and billing terms are shown in the app or on our website.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription via your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• Payments are processed by the respective app store and subject to their terms.

• Upload false, misleading, or offensive content
• Attempt to access another user's account

• MAVELLI FZCO is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
